Fixing Your Computer The Right Way

Brad Your PC HelperHi, my name is Brad Jones. I’ve been working on computers since 1988. I live in a small rural town called Lakeland, Georgia. Computers and technology being what they are today I now take care of people and their computers all over the United States. I’ve even fixed a few computers from Great Britain an other countries on occasion. Best of all I’ve had the opportunity from time to time to help some of our military members that were stationed over seas.

There was a time I had actually decided to quit the computer business. I had grown increasingly disappointed in what customer service and the computer care business had become. People were not only being taken advantage of but everything had turned from taking care of customers the right way in to an industry focused on moving as many customers and their computers through in the fastest and easiest way. The industry had shifted from taking care of people the right way to just making as much money as possible.

Taking advantage of new technology to help others

During my break I continued to take care of people and their computer problems. It was just as a family member or a friend rather than as a professional. As it does, technology improved. It had become possible to take care of people and their computer where ever they were through the Internet. This wasn’t a new technology; corporations had been doing it for decades.

The ability to work on computers remotely had finally reached a point where it was affordable. Small businesses could use the ability to take care of people anywhere in the world and not have to charge an enormous fee to do it. In 2010 I started helping people with their computers full time again. This time I was able to do it the right way. Providing the level of service and computer care they deserved. Tech Wizard Solutions was the new company that would hopefully begin to persuade an entire industry that giving people what they want not just what is fastest was the better way.

PC Helper 123…It’s Just Easier

PC Helper 123 came to be last year. Not because of some divine marketing reason. It’s just a lot easier for people to type. One of the first things that needs to be done so that I can help someone over the Internet is to go to the website and get what I affectionately call “The Agent Helper”. Figuring out how to spell and typing in techwizardsolutions.com takes a lot more effort than pchelper123.com.

The name PC Helper 123 better describes what I’m all about to. When you come to PC Helper 123 you aren’t just getting some customer support person reading a computer screen. You’re not getting some tech that’s going to try a couple of different things and then tell you that you have to do¬† a Factory Restore to your computer. You’re getting just what the name says. An actual person that helps you. Whether it is a simple question or hours worth of cleaning viruses and repairing Windows your PC Helper actually takes care of you.

Philosophies You Don’t Usually Find Anywhere Else

To wrap this up there are a few fundamental philosophies that are the base of what pchelper123.com is built on.

No Hourly Rate

It’s really not fair to charge hourly. Especially for remote computer¬† repair. It may take malware scans or certain repair commands a while to finish. While these are going on I’m not having to be hands on. Why should you have to pay for that time? One standard fee is all that is charged whether it takes 30 minutes or 4 hours.

No Fix No Pay

Why should you have to pay for something that doesn’t happen? If you take your computer into one of the big retail stores you pay a fee to have your computer looked at. If it comes back that they can’t fix it, you still have to pay that fee. Yes, it takes time to determine that but I still feel as though it is more fair for you to not have to pay for a fix that doesn’t fix anything.

You’re Not A Customer

I don’t have any customers. Everyone that I help is a member of the family. I don’t believe in treating someone like a dollar sign. Whether you come to me for a single fix or you join the annual membership you are a member of the PC Helper 123 family.

Don’t Just Fix Problems Prevent Them

If I have to continue fixing someone’s computer over and over then I’m not doing my job. The goal is to stop problems before they happen it’s as simple as that.

Hopefully I Can Welcome You To The Family

Hopefully I get the opportunity to welcome you to the family. I’d rather it be because you join the annual program and give me the opportunity to stop problems before they happen but either way I love meeting new people and getting the opportunity to help them any way that I can. Hopefully you will give me that opportunity.
